Projects maintenance and review

The Customers we make the integration of a project, we offer integral maintenance service all that we prescribe, configure and install. In the projects of thirds, that we have not been directly involved in its implementation, we admit maintenance once performed an audit prior to ratify the facility state.

For hiring maintenance, we have four types of coverage: bronze, silver, gold and platinum. The bronze is simpler and has telephone assistance and travel. The next option would be silver, the same options above but adding technical hours. Gold has the silver options and it add material (feeders, connectors, wiring, etc.) and finally the most complete platinum modality has full coverage: telephone assistance, travel, time and technical material (including the equipment).

Within any maintenance, we have two levels of action: proactive or reactive, in function of the access that facilitates client. Whenever there is the possibility of adding an alert's system within your facility, we report that the customers that provides remote access make the maintenance simplest and reduces the resolution time of the troubleshooting.

We are an engineering to oriented to service, a situation that leads us to pay special attention to quality in solving incidents, which in most cases (over 95%) is less than 2 hours work without displacement (from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Thursday and Friday 9:00 to 15:00), always provided that the problem does not involve the replacement of equipment which we do not have spare parts. If is necessary replacement of equipment, the customer has to accept the shopping before to order the equipment at the logistics centre by the supplier.
